Hey there chefs!
McMurdo Station in Antarctica is looking for an experienced Sous Chef for the period between September 2010 and February 2011.
This is an extremely demanding job in probably the harshest environment on the planet.
If I wasn't married with two cats and totally burned out on the food business, I'd apply myself.
