I'd Like to Thank all the Little People...

Hey there, Flaming Chef fans!

I just wanted to let you know that I'm in the middle of a blizzard that started as soon as our train pulled out of the Grand Canyon!

Thank God we're stocked up on little baby bottles of booze!

We took a train tour that began with a cowboy gunfight at the Williams train station, and we even got robbed by bandits on the return trip. One of the desperados plays Santa on their Polar Express Tour and he gave us some super hair care tips along with info on how to slay an elk.  It's been a super day. (Dr. Snickerdoodle and I will return from Vacayneymoon on Saturday, the 17th and I will return to regular posting at that time.)

In the meantime...

Some feedback suggests that many of you are interested in more of the True Stories from the Flaming Chef. This post is a great place for you to leave feedback on this matter.

For the last two years I have been amassing a collection of essays about the rough-and-tumble of cooking school, disasterous job interviews, comfort food, my foray into the wine biz, my eccentric family and all kinds of other things too numerous to mention.

I love posting about the news and current events too, but If you really want more true stories, I'd be happy to lean into them.

So leave a comment and tell me what you think.

Love and Kisses,

The Flaming Chef
